PT Tjiwi Kimia is one of Indonesia’s largest paper factories. With a vision towards global market, the company officials felt the need to boost their image through rehabilitating various facilities within the factory site.

The rehabilitation mainly focused on the outdoor space around the factory vicinity. Various greeneries were designed to meet the officials’ requirements. Not only concerned about the outdoor space, some of the old structures were also rehabilitated. New offices were built, and some interior works were also carried out during rehabilitation.
